How can future-oriented topics be communicated in a constructive and scientifically sound manner? Students at the Stuttgart Media University (HdM) explored this question in the “International Content Production” module (Prof. Alexander Mäder). As part of a collaboration with the IZKT, they attended the Next Frontiers Congress, conducted further research on selected topics, and interviewed the keynote speakers. The result was 16 articles written in English. The IZKT selected four of them, translated them into German, and is pleased to publish them here. The selection is intended to illustrate, by way of example, the thematic and stylistic diversity of the works produced in the seminar.
The articles demonstrate how constructive journalism can present scientific topics of the future in a way that is both understandable and nuanced.
