How can future-oriented topics be communicated in a constructive and scientifically sound manner? Students at the Stuttgart Media University (HdM) explored this question in the “International Content Production” module (Prof. Alexander Mäder). As part of a collaboration with the IZKT, they attended the Next Frontiers Congress, conducted further research on selected topics, and interviewed the keynote speakers. This resulted in 16 articles written in English, four of which the IZKT selected, translated into German, and published. The articles demonstrate how constructive journalism can present scientific topics of the future in a way that is both understandable and nuanced.
